Our company is implementing a project within the call 02_18_067 Implementation of digital education strategy II. The aim of the project is to increase pupils’ key competencies by improving the quality of education through innovation in teaching with the help of 4 newly created DVZ to increase the abilities, skills, attitudes and values of digital education, computer thinking and digital literacy of pupils, all with the help of teachers who will be able to use new DVZ within its teaching and after the end of the project with the support of all created interactive materials, methodological and accompanying tutorial sheets.

The main goal of the project is to effectively apply the principles of age management in the daily practice of the company. The main issues that need to be addressed have been identified on the basis of age management audit outputs. Specific findings are grouped into five problem areas – intergenerational problems, leadership, management, communication, HR area. The findings are followed by measures that will be implemented through specific activities leading to the elimination of problem areas.

The EISOD IS Development Project is co-financed by the European Union. The development of IS EISOD follows on from the successful upgrade of the technological base of IS EISOD (primarily a thin client). The aim of the EISOD IS Development project is to add advanced and sophisticated functionalities to the entire EISOD information system, especially to the DMS module (Document management system) with the support of functionalities for the area of trusted long-term archives.
