Institut průmyslového managementu, spol. s r. o. (Ltd) was founded in the year 1993 as a part of the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of West Bohemia.

The growing influence and importance of automated information support and the need for building complex information systems or their compact parts has brought the company IPM to a strategic orientation in the area of complex consultancy services for corporate sector. One of business activities of the company is the analysis and optimization of enterprise processes and management systems where automated support is required or expected. The key advantage for customers in such cases is an optimal choice of activities suitable for automation, process documentation and process modification when necessary, which leads to a significant increase in process performance. The company also ensures the supply and implementation of the required IT tools.

Complex consultant and education activities are focused on areas such as: strategic management, process management, management systems, complex information systems, corporate audits, etc.

Institut průmyslového managementu, spol. s r. o. (Ltd) regularly holds seminars and working meetings focused on software support for integrated management systems (QMS, EMS, ISMS, OHSAS, …) and company processes.

We hold certificates of quality management system (QMS) according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, information security management system (ISMS) according to ČSN EN ISO/IEC 27001:2014 and IT service management (ITSM) according to ČSN ISO/IEC 20000-1:2019.
